Lana Yang
Lana is an experienced yoga retreat leader with nearly 20 years of practice and certifications in Anusara Yoga, Ashtanga Flow, and Somatic & Therapeutic Bodywork. Living with Scoliosis and Microtia has shaped her passion for therapeutic movement, breathwork and Body-Mind Centering to support herself and her students in exploring, honoring, and harmonizing with their own bodies. Lana has led over 30 retreats and workshops inspired by diverse yogic teachings and has collaborated with artists, dancers, and conservation organizations. Lana offers immersive experiences that blend yogic philosophy, hatha, yin and restorative yoga, somatic practices, chanting and mindful living.
While deeply grounded in wellness and compassion, she is also a mountain biker, acroyoga lover and adventure enthusiast who embodies a spirit of play, curiosity, and resilience into her teaching. Her retreats offer a space for growth—physically, mentally, and soulfully.
